Elevators frequently out of service! ! Room cleanliness could use considerable attention! Noise from neighboring rooms overpowering!

I booked 4 nights in a Deluxe Queen Room, and I was pleasantly surprised! The close proximity to theme parks and nearby eateries was a definite highlight. The pool was fantastic for the kids, even if the decor felt a little dated. Not perfect, but certainly worth the price!

we enjoyed our stay at avanti palms resort and conference center. the location was fantastic, with several restaurants and shops within walking distance. the outdoor pool complex was a highlight for us, perfect after a long day of exploring. overall, it felt like a great value for a relaxing vacation.

Walking through to our room revealed some less-than-pleasant details—hallways littered with debris and a noticeable odor from trash stored just outside. The bathroom in our room had mold around the vents and corners, which is not exactly appealing. Plus, the elevator situation is a headache. with only two out of three functioning during peak hours, we faced long waits just to get to our floor. The carpets in the hallways felt like they hadn’t been tended to in ages, with visible stains and dirt accumulating throughout our stay.

Fantastic pool area for relaxation.

I had a troubling experience during my stay. The room was overly dirty, with filth everywhere and unpainted patches on the walls. Additionally, we were locked out of our room for nearly two hours, missing important moments while we waited for maintenance to assist us. Overall, it was a very disappointing visit.

Consider asking for room upgrades. they often have options available that enhance your stay experience beyond standard bookings.

The Superior Queen Room was pretty spacious, which was great since we had six people. We even fit in an air mattress, and there was still room to spare. The decor was a bit dated, but the beds were comfy enough for a good night's rest. It had a bit of a musty smell, though, and the hallways weren’t the most inviting. Overall, it worked for our needs but could definitely use some updates.

We had a lovely time during our 6-night stay! The pool was fantastic and perfect for our family with children, and the spacious rooms were great too. However, some facilities were not as clean as depicted in the photos.

I hit up Mr Cool Ice Cream & Boba Tea for a treat that was pure bliss. Also, the location is pretty stellar, with spots like Chili's Bar & Grill and Cafe Mineiro Brazilian Steakhouse just a hop away. Can't forget the clean lobby area, a welcoming sight after a long day!

But hold up, the elevators were like a time warp—10-minute waits felt like an eternity. Our room had some funky issues too, with days-old sheets and a shower that couldn't decide if it wanted to be hot or cold. Plus, don't even get me started on those overpriced snacks! Still, there's hope for improvement.

The fitness center was useful for my morning routine, and I enjoyed the convenience of having transportation to the nearby theme parks. Unfortunately, after checking in, I had issues with my keycard, but that was resolved quickly.

Spacious bathroom featured a shower and free toiletries. The fitness center was great for working out, while the hot tub offered relaxing moments after a long day. Location was perfect for attractions.
